Network Marketing System – Lifeblood of a Great MLM

Any network marketing system worth its salt should be both understandable and doable by the average man or woman. It should avoid the need to sell a product or sell the opportunity…think “tell not sell”. It should not rely on encouraging the distributor to become a pest by constantly harassing their friends, workmates, family and neighbours.

The system should gently push the new distributor just over the edge of their current comfort zone. The majority of MLM systems, especially the MLM prospecting systems, encourage the poor distributor into the next dimension in terms of comfort zone. The result is one unhappy, anti-MLM, out of pocket person who feels misled and let down.

I keep hearing so called MLM leaders stating the product is unimportant…this is absolute rubbish. The product needs to be easily understood, of similar or better quality than what is currently available and of a similar cost.

The product also needs to represent both consumable spending and replacement spending. To be clear consumable spending means regular on-going spending and replacement spending means they are already sold on the product, and you simply give them an opportunity to try yours instead, which most people can achieve from just a small circle of friends or family, assuming the product is of a quality and cost similar to what is currently being consumed and the distributor believes in the product.

Too many MLM companies push products that are new, overpriced and worst of all, sometimes have dubious unproven medical benefits. These products need selling and for some products at least, a less than ethical use of unproven medical testimony (think snake oil salesman)

So the best MLM marketing system first needs to be underpinned by a rock solid product, and then needs to focus on what is reasonably achievable by most men & women without asking them to move too much out of their current comfort zone. Search out the ideal company for you. Avoid the hype and the pressure to get in fast nonsense and take your time. But promise yourself, when you identify the right company for you, take action. Go for maximum attack!
